Our Chocolate cards/canvas will generally stay at best quality for about 1 year at room temperature.

To maximize the shelf life of the chocolate card/canvas, store at a room temperature between 60°F - 75°F and keep canvas tightly wrapped after opening. Store in cool, dry place away from children. We do not recommend freezing chocolate canvas or card.

Our standard turnaround is 1-3 business days for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time. If you order a custom item, this turnaround time begins when you approve the image.

We are open Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM EST and Friday 9AM-4:30PM, and we're closed on the weekends If your order is placed before 11AM EST, the first production day is that day. Orders placed AFTER 11AM EST will be processed on the following business day. If you need something even faster than advertised, email us and we'll gladly listen to your needs and try to work something out! Cocoa de Amor does not guarantee ship times. Delays by the mail carrier due to poor weather, accident, mis-routing, holidays, or weekends are a possibility.
